AFPD files lawsuit against MLCC and State of Michigan on behalf of the “Half-Mile Rule”
As you know AFPD has been fighting to keep the half mile rule alive in the State of Michigan. The clock is ticking so today AFPD filed a lawsuit against the MLCC and State of Michigan on behalf of the majority of our members who would like to keep the half mile rule in place. We continue to work on our bill, Senate Bill 501 which is in the House of Representatives in Lansing. Please continue to call your local House representatives and ask them to support Senate Bill 501. Please tell the world what AFPD has done and continues to do on behalf of your best interests.
